So, now I'm sitting here with all that stuff. But I'm not a ... what was it called? Web-designer? Well, it's my first homepage. Everything has to be perfect from the first release on, and since the summer of 2000 I'm coding in HTML, and now it was enough to build up a homepage. You can write any comments, criticism and so on into my Guestbook

My nickname "McSquirrel" has a long history. It began in 1999, I think, when our 10th school grade thought about creating pullovers for the end of the school year. Someone wanted me to get the nickname "Squirrel" which should also appear in the list of our names on those pullovers, but I didn't want this name. I walked like a squirrel, so my classmate Beni said... This name finally was forgotten, and I only used it sometimes (rarely) in computer games to stay anonymous. But then, in December of 2000, something happened that gave me my nickname: my flatbed scanner fell off my desk because the back of it reached over the edge of the desk about 5 inches. While I was scanning, it all got out of balance... :-) Now I tried to contact the company that manufactured that scanner. Therefor I got my e-mail account at www.gmx.de, and as "Squirrel"@gmx.de was already given away, I decided to take "McSquirrel@gmx.de". I had to setup it at school because I still didn't have the ability to go online at my home-pc.

In January of 2001 I went online myself, using a 14.4kbps-modem built in 1994.
